Erin Shaughnessy

Erin Shaughnessy has been trying to get into a mainstage musical at TheatreWorks since she was twelve years old,  and thanks to Matt, she's finally done it! A product of the TheatreWorks Kids program, Erin is forever grateful to friends at TheatreWorks, current and past for helping her to realize and pursue her passion and love of the arts. She is attending Western Connecticut State University majoring in Performance Arts and hopes to use her craft to educate and entertain audiences for years to come. Some favorite past productions include: Laurel - The Chalk Garden (Sherman), Susan/ Veronica - Veronica's Room (LCT), Mandy - Time Stands Still (TheatreWorks), and Gloria - Boeing, Boeing (TheatreWorks) to name a few.  Thanks to Matt for FINALLY casting me in a show which is shaping up to be your best one yet. Love to mom and dad for their support and for always encouraging me to follow my dreams.
